This fourth post is after the NWO Open Science BridgeDb Hackathon #1 (the second will be in January) this week, but I will write a separate post about that. Instead, this post is about what happened since the third post. It should have been posted online in June, but since June was filled with conferences for me, I did not get around to writing something down.
Some updates:
- Tooba and Denise gave a BridgeDb workshop at the BioSB meeting
- BridgeDb 3.0.14 and 3.0.15 were released
- Bioregistry.io support was added
- Ensembl<>Wikidata identifier mappings (for use by WikiPathways)
Work has since been ongoing to update to the new BridgeDb release. The NWO ISAAC database has been updated. We still cannot file data and software as first class citizen and they're therefore still listed as "Other":
